Note: If you do change to Mouse Coordinate and you are drawing with a mouse, you will probably see the line lag a fraction behind the cursor in order to smooth what you've just drawn with what you are about to draw (worse at higher Correction values) - until you lift your mouse button, when the final end of the line is drawn. The quality of the Wintab implementation varies between manufacturers, models, and software versions.) (Technical stuff: unlike many other graphics programs, FireAlpaca and a few other programs are still using the older Wintab pressure/location interface using a Wintab implementation provided by the tablet manufacturer, not the newer Windows Ink pressure/location interface built into Windows which is more tightly coupled to the cursor display. This may also possibly be fixable by using either the Calibrate function of your pen/tablet software, and/or by turning off "Use Windows Ink" checkbox in Wacom pen/tablet software (and maybe other brands), at least for FireAlpaca - you may have to create a FireAlpaca profile in the tablet software. (Technical stuff: changes FireAlpaca to using the Wintab interface for pressure but using the cursor for location, instead of using the Wintab interface for both.)
